He has over 10 years of experience (eight years in PG teaching and two years in industry). Before joining PIM, he had worked at GIDC Rofel Institute of Management Studies, Vapi and Narmada College of Management, Bharuch. He teaches subjects like Fundamentals of Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Strategic Management & Management Control Systems. He is also Controller of Examination. He has presented 12 research papers in International & National Conferences held at IIMs, MDI- Gurgaon, IIFT, XLRI etc. And his 10 research papers have been published in various books. He is a certified Strategic Management teacher. As a part of Faculty Exchange Programme, he visited University of Applied Sciences, Bielefeld, Germany for 6 weeks and delivered two sessions on Green Marketing to European Summer School Students.

She possesses 3 years experience in the field of finance, taxation & audit in multinational company and 2 years in the field of academics. She takes lectures on Financial Management & Financial Accounting, Legal Aspects of Business, Corporate Tax Planning - I & II and Foreign Trade Procedures. She is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Baroda Management Association. She also coordinates MBA Programme affiliated to GTU & responsible for General Administration.

Prof. Anirudh Tambe M.Sc (Org. Chem.), MBA (Marketing)
He has a total work experience of 21 years in Marketing and sales of FMCG, Consumer Durables and services in companies like Panasonic Batteries, Onida, and Reliance Life Insurance. He teaches subjects like Managerial economics, MIS, Business Environment, Organizational Development, Consumer Behavior and Industrial Marketing. He also coordinates library work & Academic Activities of First Year PGDM Students.

Prof. Aman Sharma, B.Sc.(Env. Sci.), M.B.A.(HR)
She teaches Human Resource Management. She has presented two research papers at National Conferences held at Bharatidasan University, Tiruchapalli and ICOM, Gandhinagar. She has published a research paper on ‘Water shed Management’ in an International Conference at Indian Habitat Centre, New Delhi and has also presented and published a research paper at 12th Nirma International Conference on Management (NICOM), held at Nirma Institute of Management, Ahmedabad in January 2009. Her administrative responsibilities include hostel area in PGDM programme.

He has 2 years of teaching experience in Parul Institute of Engineering & Technology and also worked as Teaching Assistant for one year in Larmar University, Texas, USA. He is teaching Quantitative techniques (QT) & Research Methods in PIM and Quantitative Analysis (QA) in PIET-MBA and JKPIM institutes. He also arranges CEO Lecture Series & Guest Lectures and coordinates the placement activity.
