India is at the threshold of a new era of dominance in the global economy. This has thrown open many opportunity for the young students. We at Parul Institute of Management, Vadodara are committed to impart quality education in management in order to foster the right kind of skills in meeting these expectations.

In today’s dynamic environment, continuous efforts are needed to bring in relevant education to the classrooms and the curriculum emphasizes on practical orientation. Appreciating the need of global business, PGDM Programme Curriculum has been made very rich by including subjects like Foreign Language – German, Case Study Writing, Consultancy Management & General Awareness and we have also made provision for dual specialization, etc. We could successfully conduct the first convocation of our institute on 24th April 2010 for award of Post Graduate Diploma in Management to successful students. The placement record of first batch (2008-10) had been satisfactory and students have received offers from reputed organizations across the country. Five of our students have received up- gradation in their career & one student has received performance excellence award within six months of their first job.

We have gone very fast in establishing foreign collaboration with various universities. These collaborations involve launching of student / faculty academic / industrial study tour under the exchange programme & promote cooperation in the area of management education & research. To begin with, the German Delegation with two Professors & 12 students visited Parul Management Institute in March 2010 for 10-12 days and from our side also two management students and one Professor visited UASs, Bielefeld under the Eurpoean Summer School Programme in May – June 2010. Our efforts would be in the direction to make Parul Institute of Management: a centre of excellence, where the PGDM Programme should turn out to be a model for good management education in India.

We are looking for the students with the highest standards of integrity and respect for others, having personal responsibility, possessing an appetite for hard work, and who understand that learning at PIM is a privilege.
