Anatomy dissection room and Museum |

Well furnished and ventilated class rooms to accommodate 100 students.
All class rooms have OHP and LCD projection facility.
Department also has a museum, seminar room, demonstration room, dissection room, cadaver storing tank, instruments and soft organs and bone sets. Departmental library exists in the department.
Anatomy laboratory – capacity of 35 students.
Department and lab is equipped with; Microscopes 10, Audio-visual Aids, Models 23, Charts 35, Sufficient cadavers for dissection, Specimen 50,Histology Slides 176, Bones 2400, Dissection CD. |
Physiology and Biochemistry Department |
This department has separate laboratories of 600 sq ft for Physiology and Biochemistry.
We provide students with well equipped laboratories of both Human Physiology and Biochemistry, each of which can give space and instruments to minimum 35 students at a time.
The staff use audio-visual aids like Over Head Projection, LCD projection, relevant CDs during their lectures.
Students are encouraged to participate in departmental seminars, quiz and relevant and useful clinical demonstrations.
Efforts are being made to teach the physiological aspects of Materia Medica.
Staff members are permitted to upgrade their qualification by undertaking post graduate course.
Several research projects related to drug actions and its physiological effects on healthy human beings are being worked out.

OUT PATIENT DEPARTMANT
Homoeopathic OPD
- J.N.H.M.C. is serving the citizens of Vadodara by providing medical diagnosis and homoeopathic treatment to patients free.
- Total 10 OPD’s including 6 rural and 4 urban homoeopathic OPD is working to it full potential. All homoeopathic OPD also provide free physiotherapy services.
- Around 400 – 500 patient utilize the homoeopathic OPD service satisfactorily.
- 10 most eminent and experienced homoeopaths give their services during morning and evening for 6 hrs per day.
- We arrange medical camps in and around city, even in the adjoining states.
- We sent a team of teaching staff, medical officers and 40 students to attend a medical camp where we diagnosed and treated minimum 1200 patients daily.
- We treat chronic cases of different systemic disorders, skin disorders and female problems.
- We also provide first aid, and other emergency management in OPDs.
- In collaboration with Parul Institute of Physiotherapy, Parul Maternity center and other govt. and private hospitals, we can assist patients for operative gynecological and other musculo-skeletal cases.
- We are also doing clinical research and clinical proving of different homoeopathic drugs.
