Mr. D C Bajpai, born on March 10, 1942 at Kanpur, training institute in himself, offers his fruitful suggestions & services to make things quite vibrant at Parul Group of Institutions.

He has done M. Sc. (Physics) from Agra University. In 1966 he joined Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Gujarat Cadre. He has worked in various Ministries/Departments of Government of India and Government of Gujarat besides working in the Districts in various capacities namely District Collector, Municipal Commissioner, and Chairman of Development Authority etc.

He has more than 35 year of experience in Government as well as Private Sectors. He is having teaching experience at Post Graduate and Under Graduate level for three years at the DAV College in Kanpur.

He has also served as Chairman/Director of several Government companies as well as private companies in several Industries viz. Aeronautics, Steel, Power, Cement, Textile, Remote Sensing, and Information Technology Enabled Services (I.Te.S.) etc. He was first Chief Executive of Surat Urban Development Authority (SUDA); formulated the development plan for Hazira, Surat.

He has attended various training programs, including an Advance Course on “Management Development Program” in the University of Birmingham, England under the Commonwealth Scheme. During the course of various assignments he extensively traveled to Europe, USA, JAPAN, and countries in South East Asia etc.

- Aeronautical Society of India.

He is holder of Private Pilot’s License. His hobbies include horse riding and playing football.
